MINDA rolls up the sleeves

Companies are already waiting impatiently to get involved in the vaccination campaign via works doctors. Since 7 June, this is now possible. In general, it is expected to reach employees who would rarely visit a doctor. The home office requirement will also be dropped for companies at the end of the month.

With regard to these topics Radio Westfalica asked Robert Falch, chairman of the employers' association in the Muehlenkreis and managing director of MINDA.

The employers' association welcomes the start of the vaccination campaign where employees can now be vaccinated by works doctors, too. This also makes it easier to convince colleagues on the basis of the available information and to protect employees out in the field more quickly.

Furthermore, Robert Falch is of the opinion that home office will be sensibly promoted in companies in future times without coercion.
